Project management
Our branches and divisions, supported by our Group Administration, deal efficiently with all contracts administration and statutory requirements such as method statements, site specific safety plans, payment claims, NTT's, variation pricing, as-built drawings, operations manuals, warranties, COC's and producer statements (for the Building Warrant of Fitness - BWOF).
Commercial Electrical Solutions
We typically supply and install mains, sub-mains & sub circuitry cabling, transformer connections, switchboards and controls, power factor correction, harmonic filtration equipment, power circuits, power outlets, exterior lighting, interior lighting, network lighting (e.g. CBus/DALI/DSI/Servodan/Dynalite), and exit and emergency lighting.
Electrical Services for Mechanical Projects
We supply and install power supplies and controls for Heating, Ventilation, air-conditioning, Cooling (HVAC) works including refrigeration plant. We can interface efficiently with BMS suppliers, and automation providers or engage them as specialist sub-contractors within our own scope of works.
Standby and Backup Power Facilities
We supply and install generators and UPS with the associated bypass switchgear and controls. According to contractual requirements we either interface or directly engage specialist equipment suppliers. We have agency and partnership agreements with quality suppliers to enhance our service.
